Training comes in many shapes and sizes; it can include visits to your school, you visiting a course, workshops where you work on your timetable alongside other timetablers, webinars over the internet, right through to hiring someone to create your timetable for you.

Our online Support Centre and KnowledgeBase … the first time you use it, please take a moment to register your details … but thereafter, you can ask as many questions on here as you like; just send us your question as a ticket and we will answer (almost always within the hour, and often within 10 minutes).

You should also have a copy of the 200+ page printed Manual. If you don’t have this for any reason (it comes in a ringbinder), you can buy a replacement.
